Certificate collection

Certificates for summer 2025 exams can be collected from Reception between 8th January 2026 and 27th March 2026, 10.30 and 16.00; identification must be provided.

Students/alumni who are unable to collect certificates in person may ask a friend or family member to collect on their behalf by completing this Google Form.

After the form is completed, an email from the student/alumnus must be sent to examofficer@nhsg.org.uk so receipt can be confirmed.

Checking certificates

Upon collection, it is vital that personal details (name, date of birth, etc.) are checked along with the final grades issued. A signature will be required to show that certificates have been collected and details have been confirmed as correct.

Uncollected certificates

Uncollected certificates will be stored at the school for a limited time.
