Freedom of Information

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives the public right of access to information Wandle Learning Trust produces in the course of its work.

However, there are exemptions to this right; these include data about living, identifiable individuals – or personal data – which is covered by the Data Protection Act and is not generally publicly available except to the person whom the data is about.

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, Wandle Learning Trust (WLT) has developed a publication scheme and charging policy, available here via their website or by using the links below, that lists all the documents the Trust routinely makes public.

If the information you are looking for is not available on Wandle Learning Trust's publication schedule, you can request the information in writing, or by using the Freedom of Information Act Request Form on Wandle Learning Trust's website or by contacting Paul Hepworth, WLT's Data Protection Officer at: DPO@wandlelearningtrust.org.uk.
